Please read these terms carefully before booking any tours or activities with Advika Tours & Travels.
By accessing our website, making a booking, or participating in any tour or activity organized by Advika Tours & Travels ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or advance payment as specified. A booking confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or email with your booking details and payment receipt.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹/INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once your booking is confirmed, the price is guaranteed.
For group bookings of 10+ persons, a 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the activity date.
Due to limited slots and safety briefings, cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will not be refunded. If diving is canceled due to bad weather, you will receive a full refund or reschedule option.
If the forest department closes access to the waterfall due to heavy rains or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or reschedule option. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours.
Yacht bookings require 7 days cancellation notice for 100% refund. 3-7 days: 50% refund. Less than 3 days: No refund. This applies to all private charters and boat parties.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Processing fees and gateway charges may be deducted. For cash payments, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.
Free pickup is available from most hotels in North Goa (Calangute, Baga, Candolim, Arpora, Sinquerim, and nearby areas). For South Goa hotels, an additional charge of ₹500-1000 applies depending on distance.
Pickup timings will be shared one day before the activity via WhatsApp. Please be ready at the pickup point 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Delays may cause missed activities, and no refund will be provided.
If you miss your pickup time or fail to notify us, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. Please communicate any delays immediately.
You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations before booking adventure activities. This includes:
By participating in adventure activities, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved. You agree to sign a liability waiver form before participating in scuba diving, parasailing, jet skiing, and other high-risk activities. Advika Tours & Travels is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property.
We expect all customers to behave respectfully toward our staff, activity operators, and other participants. Aggressive, abusive, or intoxicated behavior will result in immediate cancellation of your activity without refund.
Please respect Goa's natural beauty. Do not litter, damage coral reefs during scuba diving, or disturb marine life. Help us keep Goa clean and beautiful.
We may take photos and videos during activities for marketing purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your images unless you notify us otherwise in writing.
All outdoor activities depend on weather and sea conditions. The activity operator reserves the right to cancel or modify activities due to:
If an activity is canceled by us due to weather, you may reschedule for another available date (subject to slot availability) or receive a full refund. No refund for rescheduling requests made by the customer within 24 hours.
A valid driving license is mandatory for renting self-drive cars and bikes. International tourists must carry a valid International Driving Permit (IDP).
A refundable security deposit of ₹2000-5000 is required for self-drive vehicles. The deposit is refunded upon return of the vehicle in good condition, subject to inspection.
Vehicles are rented on a self-drive basis with a full-tank fuel policy. Fuel costs are borne by the customer. Late return fees apply (₹500 per hour).
The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. Comprehensive insurance is included, but a deductible may apply. Traffic fines are the renter's responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advika Tours & Travels and its partners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific activity.
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, riots, war, or acts of terrorism. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling or credit notes valid for 12 months.
All content on our website, including logos, images, text, and graphics, is the property of Advika Tours & Travels. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in North Goa, India.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
